Clicking on the icon will normally download and display the document which can then be read and/or printed out
If your computer does not recognise the document type, then you do not have a pdf file viewer program (Adobe Acrobat) installed
If so we recommend that this program be installed on your computer. Acrobat reader should be downloaded and installed by clicking: here
Select your computer operating system and version carefully before downloading. Also, de-select the Yahoo toolbar and Photoshop Album programs - they are not required!
